1. General Agreement
From the moment a player accesses the spinx8 platform, they are considered to have read and fully accepted these terms and conditions, along with spinx8's privacy policy and responsible gaming policy.
These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the player and spinx8. spinx8 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published will be treated as acceptance of those changes.
2. Account Registration & Identity Verification
2.1 One Account Per Person
Every player may only open one personal account on spinx8. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and any balances held in those accounts may be forfeited.
2.2 Accurate Information
When registering, you must provide your real name, correct date of birth, and accurate contact details. spinx8 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests made from accounts registered with false information.
2.3 Account Security
Players must keep their spinx8 login credentials private. Players are personally responsible for all activity carried out on their account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact spinx8 customer support immediately.
3. Age Requirement
The spinx8 platform is intended for players aged 21 and above only. No one under 21 is allowed to use this platform. If an underage account is found, it will be closed immediately, including any remaining balance.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
You can deposit at spinx8 using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. Funds will only be credited to your account after your deposit has been verified.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method registered on your account. Processing time is normally 10 to 45 minutes.
4.3 Verification
spinx8 may require a player to complete identity verification (KYC) before approving a large withdrawal. Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC is successfully completed.
4.4 Third-Party Payments
spinx8 reserves the right to reject deposits made from a bank account, KBZPay, or any other payment method that does not belong to the player, and may suspend the account if such activity is found.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
spinx8 offers a 150% bonus on your first deposit — up to 300,000 Ks. For example, deposit 20,000 Ks and you get a 30,000 Ks bonus, giving you 50,000 Ks to play with. To withdraw the bonus, you must meet a bonus × 25 wagering requirement — in this example, you need to wager 30,000 Ks × 25 = 750,000 Ks before withdrawing.
If you deposit 420,000 Ks or more, you receive the maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks, giving you 720,000 Ks in total. You must wager 300,000 Ks × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus can only be claimed once per player.
- Bonuses must be claimed within 24 hours of making the qualifying deposit.
- Bonus funds are for playing only and cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
- spinx8 reserves the right to modify bonus terms without prior notice.
- If a bonus is found to have been claimed fraudulently, the bonus and any winnings from it may be forfeited.
5.3 VIP Cashback
spinx8 has three VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% cashback per week, Silver — up to 0.8%, and Gold — up to 1.2%. Tier progression is based on a player's wagering volume and playing activity.
6. Fair Play
spinx8 is built for the benefit of its players. Please respect the following fair play rules:
- Each player is responsible for their own play. Only use money you can afford to lose, not funds you need for other purposes.
- Do not disrupt or interfere with other players' games.
- In any dispute regarding gameplay, spinx8's records are the sole reference and constitute the final decision.
- Exploiting game bugs or software glitches for gain is strictly prohibited.
7. Prohibited Activities
Players must not engage in any of the following:
- Money Laundering: Using spinx8 for money laundering is strictly prohibited.
- Bot / Auto-Script: Using automated software, bots, or external scripts to play is prohibited.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to cheat is prohibited.
- Chargeback: Filing a bank chargeback with fraudulent intent will result in immediate account closure and legal action.
- Hacking: Attempting to access or attack spinx8's servers, databases, or APIs is prohibited.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
spinx8 protects players' personal data with SSL encryption. Data will not be shared with any third party without the player's consent — except where required by law or for anti-money laundering purposes. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
9. Account Suspension / Closure
9.1 Closure by spinx8
If spinx8 finds that these terms have been violated, it has the right to suspend or close any player's account without prior notice. This does not affect the right to take other actions.
9.2 Closure by the Player
If a player wishes to close their spinx8 account, they can contact customer support and submit a request. Any remaining balance (funds that have met the wagering requirement) will be processed and returned at the time of closure.
10. Limitation of Liability
The spinx8 platform is provided "as-is". We will do our best to deliver a good service, but we cannot guarantee the following:
- Uninterrupted platform uptime — scheduled maintenance periods may occur.
- Game outcomes — every game runs on Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, so spinx8 does not guarantee winning results.
- Any financial loss resulting from a player's own decisions is not spinx8's responsibility.
11. Amendment of Terms
spinx8 has the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments will be published on this page and will take effect immediately from the date of publication. Players should check this page regularly.
